WARRANTY

e-MV Agusta S.r.l. guarantees the operation of the unlocking device (using the also called power card) to the buyer for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.

The buyer undertakes, under penalty of forfeiture, to report any defects of the power card to e-MV Agusta S.r.l. within 30 days of becoming aware of them.

This warranty does not cover defects and/or damages caused by the buyer due to negligence in use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the power card.

This warranty also does not apply if defects are found to be due to maintenance and/or alterations, both hardware and software, carried out by parties not expressly authorized by e-MV Agusta S.r.l..

USE OF THE PRODUCT AND BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The buyer declares to be aware of the current regulations governing the use and circulation of electric scooters.

The buyer is aware of the existing speed limits and undertakes to use the power card in compliance with the currently applicable regulations.

e-MV Agusta S.r.l. provides the unlocking device (also called power card) with a warning that its use allows the vehicle to reach speeds higher than those allowed for use on public roads.

Therefore, e-MV Agusta S.r.l. advises the buyer to exercise the utmost caution and all appropriate precautions when using the vehicle after using the power card.

The buyer declares to be aware that, following the unlocking of the maximum speed, the scooter can only be used in private areas and cannot be used on public roads in any way.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for using the scooter on private roads and declares to hold e-MV Agusta S.r.l. harmless from any cause and/or claim that may arise from the use of the unlocked scooter on public roads.

e-MV Agusta S.r.l. disclaims all liability for the use of the power card in a manner that is not in accordance with and/or in violation of legal regulations.

The buyer declares to be aware of the foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with the use of the power card and, in particular, declares to be aware that the use of the power card makes the use of the product a dangerous activity.

Any damage that may be caused, directly or indirectly, due to incorrect use of the scooter and/or the power card must be attributed solely to the buyer.

In no case can e-MV Agusta S.r.l. be held responsible for the use of the product and/or for the effects that may arise from such use on third parties.

The buyer undertakes not to transfer the power card to third parties without the prior written consent of e-MV Agusta S.r.l.

The buyer declares to have read and understood the liability limitations and warranty provided by this agreement.

Specifically, they declare to have read and understood Article 1 WARRANTY and Article 2 USE OF THE PRODUCT AND BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
